Buying direct, in plain words
You buy from the grower, not from us. Growers Market is the board the market hangs on — we don't sell the food, we don't handle the money, and we don't certify anyone's kitchen, pasture, or practice. Prices and practices on a stand are the grower's own, stated in their own words.
A stand here is a neighbor with a page, not a store we've inspected. Buy the way you'd buy at a farm gate: ask what you want to know, and deal with the grower direct.

Sending word to a grower is a request, not an order. The grower confirms with you directly — nothing is held, promised, or paid until you've heard back from them.
